Running Computers understands the value of an IT infrastructure

We provide our customers with peace-of-mind by offering our
support on a service contract basis with predetermined response
times and responsibilities.
| Maintenance
Contract |
This consists of work that involves
system maintenance on a regular basis. Responsibilities
are all areas of routine maintenance. This will allow
Running Computers to use a preventative strategy rather
than a crisis management strategy, by ensuring that the
system is correctly setup and running well. |
| Response Contract |
This contract consists of work that
involves errors that occur outside of normal maintenance,
such as hardware failure or software errors. A specified
maximum response time is agreed upon and any work required
is logged with the office and attended to as quickly as
possible. |
| Combination Contract |
This contract allows Running Computers
to take care of all of your I.T. needs, from regular maintenance
to mission-critical response on hardware failure. With
this contract the client gives Running Computers the full
responsibility for their I.T. system maintenance and support. |
All contracts are tailored to suit our clients’ individual
needs. Costs are based on information from the client and,
where possible, on experience with the client’s I.T.
system. There are several options available, based on the
services required.
